📢 🚨 We’re excited to share the proposed date for NuCypher’s mainnet launch: October 15!
This will give everyone an opportunity to make final preparations for running nodes and help ensure a smooth transition to mainnet. (*NOTE* If you participated through CoinList you will not need to run a node CoinList/Bison Trails is doing this on your behalf). Over the next two weeks, we recommend running a testnet node and ironing out any operational details. As always you can get help from us and other stakers/node operators in NuCypher’s discord - #staking👷.
Once we've activated the network on the proposed date of October 15 you will be able to:
* Claim your NU stake:
* Bond your NU stake to a worker node:

The WorkLock cancellation period is now closed. There were 17 cancellations amounting to 584.99 ETH.
The final numbers for WorkLock:
* 353,913 total ETH locked 🔒
* 2,011 nodes committed
As a reminder, October 15 is the target date for mainnet launch. Once the contracts are activated on that date, you'll be able to claim your WorkLock NU and bond it to a worker node.
